We have teams of greeters based in London St Pancras and Gare Du Nord.
They can assist you between your car door and your seat on the train, helping you with your luggage, assisting you through the fast track lanes, and taking you to the lounge.
When your train is ready to board, they will take you and your luggage to your seat.
