Arrivals

Your assistant will meet you as close to the aircraft as possible and will escort you through all airport formalities.
We will expedite you whenever possible.
Your assistant will assist you with your luggage and will also liaise with your driver on your behalf to arrange the perfect time and place for a seamless handover outside the terminal building.
Departures

Upon arriving at the airport terminal, your assistant will be waiting for you. They will help you with your luggage, assist you with checking in, and then will escort you through the departure formalities. We will expedite our clients wherever possible.
Once you are airside, your assistant will take you to your lounge (if booked) and will then come back to pick you up when your flight is ready to board. You will then be taken to your departure gate in time for your flight.
Connections

If you are having to connect flights, your assistant will escort you between your arrival and departure gate.
Depending on the airlines you are travelling on, we will assist you with checking back in, and help you with your luggage throughout the duration of the service. When your flight is ready to board, you will be picked up and escorted to the departure gate.
