DEPARTURES
You will be greeted kerb side at your car, outside the station as you arrive.Your greeter will assist you with your luggage (up to 4 cases) and all arrangements will be handled.
We will check you in and accompany all passengers up to the security check point where you will be fast tracked. You will then be escorted to the lounge (If applicable).
Your greeter will monitor the departure times and escort you to the train platform when it is ready to board, and then assist with on-boarding of passengers and bags to your correct carriage and check seat numbers
ARRIVALS
Upon arrival, you will be greeted in your carriage and assisted when disembarking the train. We organise collection of your luggage and transfer it to your mode of transportation.
We will accompany you as you exit customs and immigration inspection area where you will be fast tracked while your greeter liaises with your driver/onward mode of transport to ensure a seamless handover.
